These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AskFreely (the "Service"), operated by [Your Legal Entity] ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility — strictly 18+

The Service contains explicit, adult content and is intended only for adults. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that adult content is legal where you live. We may terminate accounts that we believe belong to minors.

2. The Service

AskFreely provides AI-generated conversation, companions, images, and related features. All characters and outputs are fictional and AI-generated. No real person is depicted, and outputs do not represent real events, advice, or the views of any real individual.

3. AI output disclaimer

AI output can be inaccurate, offensive, or wrong. It is not professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. Do not rely on it for important decisions; consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for how you use any output.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, request, or distribute:

  • Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, in any form — real or fictional. This is an absolute, zero-tolerance line and may be reported to authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, "nudify"/undressing, or sexualized depictions of real, identifiable people without consent.
  • Content that harasses, threatens, defames, or doxxes a real person.
  • Content promoting terrorism, human trafficking, or serious real-world harm.
  • Attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service, or to evade rate limits or safety systems.

We enforce these limits with automated and manual review and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure. You may delete your account at any time.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them to operate the Service (including sending them to AI providers to generate responses). You are responsible for your inputs.

7. Payments

Paid plans, if offered, are billed through our payment processor on the terms shown at purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or where required to protect the Service or comply with law.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Governing law
