Content Removal & DMCA Policy

Last updated: June 9, 2026

We take reports seriously and act quickly on valid requests. There are two main pathways below.

1. Copyright (DMCA) notices

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at support@askfreely.ai including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material (with a URL or enough detail to locate it);
  • Your contact information;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act.

We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and may terminate repeat infringers. A counter-notice procedure is available to the affected user.

2. Non-consensual or unlawful content

If you believe content depicts you (or someone) without consent — including any "deepfake", non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualized depiction of a real person — or if you believe content involves a minor, report it immediately to support@askfreely.ai (or use our report form). Include enough detail for us to locate the content. We prioritize these reports and remove violating content promptly; suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Response time

We aim to acknowledge reports within a few business days. Urgent safety reports are handled as a priority.
